145 Group is constantly mastering new directions, actively developing and launching new projects.
In 2026, two new projects will see the light of day: "Club 145" and the restaurant "Balcon 145". Both projects will be located within the walls of the "Sultan Inn" hotel.
We are also actively developing our catering direction. Our Brand Chef has developed a non-trivial catering menu. This is a very important stage of development and another point of growth for us.
Our team is united by the goal of giving guests a magnificent taste, quality service and maximum emotions. It is important for us that quality and tasty food is available to our guests any day of the week and time of day.
In 2023, the "145 Group" celebrates its 20th anniversary. The first tea house "Çay Evi 145" was opened in 2003 opposite the seaside boulevard and immediately became popular with Baku residents.
