The story of 145 began with “Çay Evi 145,” the very first venue of 145Group. The building where “Çay Evi 145” is located is not just a place, but a part of Baku’s history. For many years, its walls have witnessed the city’s everyday life — people’s meetings, conversations, and shared moments. They have preserved the rhythm of a changing Baku, along with the memories and stories lived within them. Like the historic building it occupies, “Çay Evi 145” has a unique history of its own. Opened in 2003, this venue is one of the rare places that carries Baku’s past and its tea culture into the present day.
